Common specifications have 2C, 4C, 6C, 8C, 10C. If for general family use 2C is enough. If used by the company or group, considering the broadband needs, it is recommended to use 4 C, if the digital phone, it is recommended to use 6C.
 
Common materials (conductors) are:
1. Copper-coated steel
CCS is relatively hard, not suitable for external use, easily to break. But being buried in the wall is still be used. And only for short-distance use (such as junction box to user).
2. Copper-coated aluminum
CCA is soft and easy to break. It can be buried in the wall, or pull outside the wall. And only for short-distance use (such as junction box to user).
3. Copper.
The wire is soft and can be buried in the wall or pulled outside the wall. Can be used for long-distance.
