Choose High-Flex when easier handling and low recoil are important. Choose High-Strength when higher break load and stronger installation durability are required.
High-Flex and High-Strength CCS tracer wire are both designed for open trench utility locating, but they solve different field installation problems.

For HDD or directional boring, Extra High-Strength CCS HDD Tracer Wire is recommended instead of standard open trench tracer wire.
